Prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Payment needs to be made at time of order You will be required to provide your name, address, email and telephone contact details as well as payment information. You will be asked to select a date and time of collection.

We will contact you by phone or email if any further information is required. A third party supplier will process payment. Please note that our subscription service requires your credit card details to be stored by a third party payment provider (Stripe Payments).

If the goods you have received are do not meet your expectation please notify us and we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Ya Bon French Baker does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late collection.

Our collection depot closes at 3pm. If you have not collected your goods they will be stored and available for collection the following day. We are not responsible for any deterioration by storing the goods past the day of collection. 

If, for any unexpected circumstance there is a delay in production, Ya Bon French Baker will contact you at the first opportunity.
